DJ Earworm has used his skills to prove my theory of "it's all the same." He mashes up the Billboard Top 25 songs of 2007 into a homogenized mix of pop blandness aptly named The United State of Pop.

So don't be fooled: There is nothing new in the music you hear... It has all been done before... That cutting edge band/artist you like? It turns out that they are not so cutting edge after all...
