Keep it Up: Best Buy
My 1 month old iPod Classic broke two days ago. Really broke. Nothing I could do to fix it. It was going to have to go back to Apple for service.
Last night I decided before shipping it out to Apple that I'd try my luck at Best Buy. I bought it there on 10/10 but i lost the reciept, so I wasn't expecting much help from them. But they found my receipt, they took a look at it, and they told me to grab a new one off the shelf.
It was that easy. Keep it up, Best Buy!

Honestly, who shops from catalogs anymore? I've got a stack of these things in my mailbox every day and they go straight into the recycling.
