Recently, the Foo Fighters performed at the "VMA Fantasy Suite" (whatever that is) and played a Dead Kennedys cover with System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian. The result was outstanding. The Foo Fighters rock out hard and Serj nails the vocals perfectly. I always thought he had drawn some of his vocal inspiration from Jello Biafra, so I was incredibly excited to see this (thanks to Kelly K). One lyric change: the nefarious "N" word has been substituted with "brothas." I think that was definitely a smart move.

This was awesome, but it would have been cool to see them cover
"MTV Get Off the Air" or
"Pull My Strings" for the "VMA Fantasy Suite" crowd.
