I wonder if the soldiers get any disciplinary action against them for saying things like that? (i'm specifically talking about the congressman with 2-year old brains).

I'd hope not... but at the same time, i could see how it's insubordinate.

I think that would fall under free speech, since congressmen are not members of the armed services. I'm sure it would be different if soldiers were to say that about anyone enlisted ranking higher than them.

i could get fired right now for using my free speech right to it's full potential.

Paul to boss: "I would like to exercise my right of free speech to say 'f*** you.' In fact, f*** you right in the ear."

Boss to Paul: "I like your moxy... But, you're fired."
