This little Apple patent filing answers one of the questions i've had with the iPhone model: How are you supposed to condense your 20 to 60 gig collection into the mere 8 gigs the iPhone offers?

And in my humble opinion (formed by looking at the bottom right of the above pic) they're gonna do it with centralized content servers! So you buy rights to music/movies/etc, and then keep it on an external server for you to access from home/work/phone. That seems pretty cool as long as there is a way to get that music locally so you can copy it to a non-internet device.
